Mr. Shalke was born and raised in the Western New York area. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University at Buffalo. Mr. Shalke continued his education at the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2017. While in law school, Mr. Shalke served as a Legal Writing Fellow and member of the Buffalo Public Interest Law Journal.
Mr. Shalke is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of New York, as well as the Federal District Court for the Western District of New York. He handles personal injury cases involving nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Mr. Shalke has also briefed multiple appeals to the New York State Appellate Division.
Mr. Shalke’s professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
