Angelo S. Gambino is a trial lawyer who represents seriously injured people and their families in nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, products liability, and catastrophic personal injury cases. He has built his practice on complex medical and products liability litigation, where cases turn on expert testimony, technical evidence, and the ability to explain both to a jury. He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Gambino has tried several cases to verdict and has obtained multiple million-dollar verdicts and settlements for injured clients and their families. His trial skills were recognized early: at Notre Dame Law School, the faculty awarded him the John E. Krupnick Award for excellence in trial advocacy. He later taught trial technique as an adjunct professor at Canisius College.

Since joining Brown Chiari, he has handled every phase of litigation in complex medical, products liability, nursing home, and corporate negligence cases. He also brings substantial appellate experience, having successfully argued before the Appellate Divisions of the Third and Fourth Departments and the New York Court of Appeals.

Mr. Gambino is licensed throughout New York State and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a member of the Erie County, New York State, and American Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Canisius College and Notre Dame Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of College and University Law.
