Michele A. Braun, Esq.
Ms. Braun has more than twenty-five (25) years of litigation experience handling complex personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs with a focus in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence, Labor Law, and Product Liability matters. She practices in both State and Federal Courts and has litigated matters to conclusion in both jurisdictions.
In 2011, Ms. Braun was appointed to act as an ECR Arbitrator by the Chairman of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and is one of a select group of individuals asked to preside over and determine Workers’ Compensation claims initiated by employees of the NYS Workers’ Compensation Bard and State Insurance Fund.
Also, in 2015 Ms. Braun was appointed to the Ethics Board for the Town of Clarence, New York and is one of seven (7) board members responsible for the review and investigation of complaints related to ethics violations involving Town officials and employees.
Ms. Braun was born and raised in Buffalo New York where she attending Canisius College before obtaining her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego California. In law school Ms. Braun was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice for achieving the highest grade in her graduating class. She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and California.
Additionally, Ms. Braun is a lecturer for New York State Continuing Legal Education Programs in the area of personal injury litigation, she is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Associations, and sits on the Erie County Bar Negligence Committee.
