David W. Olson, Esq.
After practicing with the defense bar for eight (8) years, Mr. Olson joined Brown Chiari LLP in 2005, and has been an active trial lawyer in the federal and state courts of New York, successfully trying cases to verdict on behalf of injured persons in Erie, Niagara, Monroe, Chautauqua, and Wyoming Counties. Mr. Olson’s practice involves a wide array of personal injury matters, including products liability, medical devices, premises liability, nursing home negligence, general negligence and automobile accidents. He has successfully argued various appeals on behalf of injured clients to the New York State Appellate Division.

He has been elected a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”), recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer in Upstate New York in the area of plaintiffs’ personal injury, and rated by AVVO as being widely recognized by the legal community for professional conduct and experience.
Mr. Olson has authored and lectured on litigation practices and trial techniques locally and nationally. He is a graduate of the prestigious trial advocacy program of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (“NITA”). He is a member of the American Association of Justice (formerly known as American Trial Lawyers Association), Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Erie County Bar Association.
