David W. Olson, Esq.

Mr. Olson has litigated numerous cases in the federal and state courts of New York, successfully trying cases to verdict on behalf of injured persons in Erie, Niagara, Monroe, Chautauqua, and Wyoming Counties.  Mr. Olson’s practice involves a wide array of personal injury matters, including products liability, medical devices, premises liability, nursing home negligence, general negligence and automobile accidents.  He has successfully argued various appeals on behalf of injured clients to the New York State Appellate Division. 

 

Mr. Olson has authored and lectured on litigation practices and trial techniques locally and nationally.  He is a graduate of the prestigious trial advocacy program of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (“NITA”). He is a member of the American Association of Justice (formerly known as American Trial Lawyers Association), Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Erie County Bar Association. 

 

Mr. Olson is a 1992 summa cum laude graduate of Canisius College and a 1996 cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
