Bradley D. Marble, Esq.

Mr. Marble focuses his practice on the representation of clients with serious, complex and catastrophic injuries from automobile accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, and general negligence. With that focus, Mr. Marble has successfully litigated cases in the United States District Court and New York State Supreme Court’s in Western New York. Mr. Marble has tried numerous cases to verdict in these areas.
Mr. Marble is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University. He is member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association and the Niagara County Bar Association.
Mr. Marble has also been actively involved in the University at Buffalo Law School Trial Technique program since 2010. He assists the instructor in teaching the second and third year law students the skills, rules and procedure necessary to try a case from the beginning of the trial through the jury’s verdict.
On November 17, 2009, the Lockport Town Board appointed Mr. Marble as their Town Prosecutor. He is responsible for the prosecution of cases involving vehicle and traffic law violations, possession of marijuana, underage possession of alcohol, harassment in the second degree and violations of the local and New York State Building Code.
