	James E. Brown, Esq. Mr. Brown is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA), American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and former National Board Representative to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has litigated numerous cases against major corporate defendants, including pharmaceuticals, automobile manufacturers, national trucking firms, utility companies, international and domestic industrial machine manufacturers, and manufacturers of farm equipment. He has continuously tried personal injury cases for thirty (30) years throughout Western New York, including State and Federal Court. 	Donald P. Chiari, Esq. Mr. Chiari is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers' Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers' Association, and New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Chiari has 24 years of litigation experience and currently handles medical malpractice, product liability, complex premises liability, construction accidents, automobile accidents, and nursing home negligence. He has tried numerous cases to verdict throughout Western New York, resulting in multi-million dollar awards and recoveries. Mr. Chiari is also admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania. 	Samuel J. Capizzi, Esq. Mr. Capizzi has tried to verdict a number of difficult liability cases in the areas of automobile accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, and general negligence. His practice takes him to all eight counties of Western New York's Eighth Judicial District. Mr. Capizzi also has significant appellate experience before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department.

	Michael C. Scinta, Esq. Mr. Scinta's practice is limited to nursing home negligence, and complex automobile and premises liability cases. He has been recognized for having obtained one of the largest nursing home negligence verdicts in New York State. Mr. Scinta is a past President and current board member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (WRA). Mr. Scinta was also appointed to serve on NYSTLA's Executive Committee and is a member of the American Association of Justice. He is a founding member of the New York State Nursing Home Litigation Group and a member of the National Coalition for Nursing Home Reform. 	James M. Mucklewee, Esq. Mr. Mucklewee is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, where he was the Note and Comment Editor of the Buffalo Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, he served for two years as a Confidential Law Assistant to the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department. Since that time, he has gained over 23 years experience as a trial attorney, handling matters involving medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home negligence, premises liability, construction accidents, and automobile negligence. He has tried cases throughout the State of New York, in both state and federal court. Mr. Mucklewee is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York Trial Lawyers' Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers' Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, and Health Law Committee of the Erie County Bar Association. He has also lectured on topics related to trial practice for the New York State Bar Association, Professional Education Systems, Inc., and Lorman Education Services, Inc. Mr. Mucklewee is a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Canisius College and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Lawyers' Project of the Erie County Bar Association. 	Michael R. Drumm, Esq. Mr. Drumm is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and a graduate of the University of Buffalo Law School. He has over 20 years of litigation experience in State and Federal Court, handling cases in the areas of medical malpractice, motor vehicle liability, nursing home negligence, product liability, and construction accidents. He was instrumental in achieving the passage of Kathy's Law in 1998, which increased the penalties imposed upon nursing home staff who abuse their patients. Mr. Drumm also has significant appellate experience before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, as well as the New York Court of Appeals.
	Theresa M. Walsh, Esq. Ms. Walsh graduated as a JD/MBA from the University of Buffalo. She has previous experience with corporate organizations in labor and employee relations. Her practice involves handling complex commercial litigation, product liability, drug and medical device actions, and insurance class actions.
	David W. Olson, Esq. Mr. Olson is a summa cum laude graduate of Canisius College and a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
