A former worker at the Gowanda Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been convicted of violently abusing a resident who was in his care, and three other current and former employees face abuse charges, the state attorney general's office reported Monday.  A former employee of a facility on the Weinberg Campus in Getzville also is accused of abusing a patient.  The arrests are part of an ongoing effort to root out abuse of patients and residents at nursing homes in New York State.  To see the full article, click here.
