Mr. Drumm is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and a graduate of the University of Buffalo Law School. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers' Association, New York State Trial Lawyers' Association, New York Bar Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers' Association, and Erie County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of New York, the Federal District Court for the Western District of New York, and the United States Supreme Court. He has over 23 years of litigation experience in State and Federal Court, handling cases in the areas of medical malpractice, motor vehicle liability, nursing home negligence, product liability, and construction accidents. He was instrumental in achieving the passage of Kathy's Law in 1998, which increased the penalties imposed upon nursing home staff who abuse their patients. Mr. Drumm also has significant appellate experience before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, as well as the New York Court of Appeals.
