Mr. Mucklewee is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, where he was the Note and Comment Editor of the Buffalo Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, he served for two years as a Confidential Law Assistant to the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department. Since that time, he has gained over 23 years experience as a trial attorney, handling matters involving medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home negligence, premises liability, construction accidents, and automobile negligence. He has tried cases throughout the State of New York, in both state and federal court. Mr. Mucklewee is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York Trial Lawyers' Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers' Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, and Health Law Committee of the Erie County Bar Association. He has also lectured on topics related to trial practice for the New York State Bar Association, Professional Education Systems, Inc., and Lorman Education Services, Inc. Mr. Mucklewee is a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Canisius College and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Lawyers' Project of the Erie County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and Pennsylvania.
